Melbourne Code was founded in Seoul in July 2026 by JeongSeong (Ian) Shin. 멜번코드는 2026년 7월 서울에서 신정성(Ian)이 세웠습니다.
Our founder has run a private academy in Seoul since 2019. Our first app was built for that academy — to replace paper planners and scattered messages with one app for teachers, students and parents. It worked, so we kept going and started Melbourne Code to build more. 대표는 2019년부터 서울에서 학원을 운영해 왔습니다. 첫 앱은 그 학원을 위해 만들었습니다. 종이 플래너와 흩어진 메시지 대신 강사·학생·학부모가 한 앱을 쓰게 하려고요. 그 앱이 쓸모 있었기에, 더 많은 앱을 만들려고 멜번코드를 세웠습니다.
We are a small team, so we build with Claude Code. It lets us take each app from idea to the App Store and Google Play ourselves. 작은 팀이라 Claude Code로 만듭니다. 덕분에 아이디어부터 앱스토어·구글플레이 출시까지 직접 해냅니다.
